Client Stories: Overcoming Obstacles with Ease

Recently, some of our guests experienced events such as power outages and a hurricane, situations that might seem daunting. However, thanks to the preparedness of our team and the support of our partners in Cuba, each of them had an unforgettable experience. Here, we share some of their words that reflect their journey with Cuba Private Travel:

“Thank you, CPT team. Cuba, and the experiences you helped curate, have left me with an indelible mark on my heart. I have never been sadder to leave such an incredibly complicated place, which speaks volumes considering I weathered power outages and a hurricane. Every traveler should be confounded by the rawness and beauty that is Cuba. But I can say, without a doubt, that not every DMC has the ability to weave that experience into something as pleasurable and meaningful as you have.” — Nilda del Valle

For us, these words reflect our commitment and our team’s ability to handle any situation. At CPT, our guides and staff are fully trained to resolve any challenges without compromising the quality of service, ensuring that travelers feel secure and well-cared-for at every moment.

During events like power outages, our clients stay in carefully selected accommodations equipped with backup generators to ensure their comfort at all times. In addition, our local team maintains constant communication, adapting itineraries and activities as needed so that every traveler can enjoy their experience uninterrupted.

Recent Reviews from Our Guests

We’re thrilled to share some of the latest words from our guests who, like so many before them, have enjoyed unforgettable journeys in Cuba with peace of mind:

“This was a once in a lifetime trip, and I would implore everyone to go to Cuba at least once in their lives! The Elvira Hotel in Old Havana was fantastic, with lovely staff, delicious breakfast by Lisbeth, and refreshing drinks by Jorge. The hotel had beautiful rooftop patios for sunset views. We felt safe walking around thanks to the friendly locals. Every meal was amazing, especially at La Guarida, Paladar Los Mercaderes, El Cocinero, El Del Frente, and Cinco Sentidos. Our tours—gangster/mafia, food, and panorama in a vintage car—were all fascinating with great guides. The Art Factory is a must-visit. The kindness and generosity of the Cuban people made the trip truly special. Kudos to Alian, Naylet, and Nanda for their guidance. Can’t wait to return!” — Emmy Pilant

“We couldn’t be happier with our unique and wonderful experience in Cuba. I want to thank the team for making the trip seamless despite the local challenges. The restaurants were fantastic, and all the guides were knowledgeable and kind. Alian was a highlight, sharing deep knowledge about Cuba, which enhanced our enjoyment. We arranged a VIP departure and hope to return soon.”— Leili McMurrough

“I was extremely happy with my trip, it was beyond my expectations. Cuba Private Travel (CPT) did a very professional job. I loved the accommodations, the food at the restaurants, and all the tours, particularly Casa Perla. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with CPT and sending more clients to Cuba.” — Lisa Pease
